Vegetable Dyed Toys

These toys are extraordinary. They are the handicrafts and skills of rural artisans from a village in Southern India. The toys are made from a local wood called Ankudu. The vibrant colors are made from Non-Toxic vegetable dyes that are 100% lead free. The dry lacquer comes from the sap of a rosewood tree and is guaranteed not to chip or flake. All of their toys are tested for chemicals and meet the C.E. European & US standards for toy safety.
