Shipping Overages and Refunds
Occasionally, UPS quotes a higher or lower price than the actual shipping cost. We always refund shipping overages, and we notify you before we ship if your order requires additional shipping fees. For Next Day shipping rates, please email Carole@GreenPartyGoods.com or call Customer Service.

Order Processing
Please allow 2 business days for normal order processing. Express orders will ship the same business day if ordered before 12:00 Noon PST (Mon.-Fri.), otherwise your order will ship the following business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and weekends, as determined by carriers. All orders are processed and shipped from our location in Burlingame, California 94010.

Shipping rates
During checkout we provide the following shipping rates:

• US Postal Priority Mail - allow 3 to 4 business days from the date we ship.
• UPS Ground - allow 7 to 10 business days (to East Coast) from the date we ship.
• UPS 3 Day Select - allow 3 to 4 business days from the date we ship. (3 Day Select is not available for all zip codes.)
